Reserve an Exhibition Table
Tables are provided so that companies and organizations may display components, excipients, hardware or services relevant to inhaled pharmaceutical products. There is no need to have a poster accepted to participate in the Technology Exhibition. While you must register to attend the meeting, there is no additional cost associated with reserving a table unless you request access to an electrical outlet. Further Details
- Exhibitor passes are not available. You must register to attend the meeting.
- Space is allocated on a first-come basis. Please reserve your table early.
- Only one table can be reserved per company.
- If you request access to an electrical outlet, you can choose to pay online by credit card using our secure payment system during the reservation process. Alternatively you can request an invoice and pay later by credit card, check or wire transfer.
- Only companies with confirmed table reservations will have their names printed in the conference proceedings.
- An existing confirmed table reservation can be revoked if your company does not register at least one participant.
- All exhibitors in attendance must be registered for the meeting - there is no reduced rate for participation in only the Technology Exhibition.
We will let you know by email when a table has been reserved for you. Your company will then appear on the RDD 2010 Exhibitors Page.
Please prepare and bring to the meeting a small (nothing more than 2 feet tall is allowed on tables), free standing name and/or logo to place on your table at the session. We do not permit floor standing or lighted signs, and reserve the right to reject oversize logos and displays.
