Accommodation at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
Our room block at the Omni Orlando ChampionsGate has now ended. We can no longer guarantee availability or the RDD rate. We recommend that you contact the hotel directly to see if there are rooms available.
 Guest Rooms (single or double occupancy) have been reserved for symposium attendees at group rates between April 22 and 30, 2010. These rooms are available at $219 per night; additional persons who are over 18 years of age will be charged $30 per night. Rates may be extended for registrants three days before and after the conference, based on availability.
Please note that if you make a hotel room reservation but do not register for the RDD 2010 meeting your hotel reservation may be cancelled.

For attendees with special rooming requirements, a small number of resort villas (that comfortably sleep 6) and hotel suites are also available. Suites and villas may only be reserved by contacting Claudia Jacobs directly on (407) 390 6674 or cjacobs@omnihotels.com stating that you are with RDD 2010.
One Bedroom Junior Suite ($338)
655 square feet. Include bedroom with king bed, sitting area with a sleeper sofa, separate vanity area and an oversized bath.
One Bedroom Executive Suite ($563)
865 square feet. Include bedroom with king bed and a separate large living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, separate vanity area and an oversized bath.
Resort Villas ($550)
These spacious two and three bedroom villas feature opulent interiors with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, open dining and living room with wet bar, separate den, split floorplans for bedroom, master bedroom with a Roman bath and balcony or patio. Villas can accommodate 6 guest comfortably.
General Information for the Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate
- Local sales tax (currently 14%) will be added to your bill.
- Children 18 and under are no additional cost when accompanied by an adult.
- Check in time is 3.00 p.m. and check out is by 12 noon.
- Our room block cut-off date is March 29, 2010, after which unreserved rooms will be released. We encourage you to make your reservation early as in many cases the room block sells out before the stated cut-off date.
- Self parking is complimentary. Valet/overnight parking is $16 per day.
- Bellman and housekeeper fees are at the discretion of each guest.
- Attendees must request the group rate for RDD. When making a reservation, guests will be charged a single night’s deposit. Cancellation notice of 3 days is required to obtain a refund. Please retain your cancellation number. No shows will be charged for one night, and unscheduled early departures will be charged $50.
