Ordering from RDD Online

Placing an order

All orders are placed online using our "Shopping Cart" functionality.

Simply add the items you wish to purchase by clicking the appropriate links. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time. Click the "Checkout" link when you are ready to place your order.

After entering your delivery and billing details, two payment methods are usually available:

Pay now by credit card

Online credit card payments using the methods shown above are processed on our behalf by PayPal. You will be connected to PayPal's secure environment to enter your credit card details. Following processing, you are directed back to the RDD Online web site. Purchased items will be dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. Individual articles and subscriptions can be processed immediately when purchased this way.
Request an invoice by email
This option is only available for orders over $150.

When you request an invoice to be emailed to you, you can then send your payment by either check (made payable to RDD Online LLC), wire transfer or credit card to us later by either email, fax or post to RDD Online. Purchased items will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.

Sales Tax

All US purchases will be charged applicable state and local sales taxes.

Shipping

All shipping rates are per book. For example:

RDD Europe 2009 proceedings, Domestic Surface Mail, $5
Respiratory Drug Delivery 2010 proceedings, Volumes I, II & III, International Airmail, $45 (3 x $15)

Standard domestic shipping is by Surface Mail ($5 per book). At the point of ordering, customers may request shipping by Express Mail ($10 per book). Standard internation shipping is by Airmail ($15 per book).

Refunds and Cancellations

RDD Online publications which do not meet your expectations may be returned, in its original condition, within 30 days, for a full refund. All returns should be mailed to RDD Online.

RDD Online does not accept cancellations, returns or refund requests on orders for subscriptions, job postings, or special issue requests.
